I updated my laptop from Windows 7 to Windows 10, as an update not by formatting and reinstalling.

Two diffrent BSODs after Windows 10 update + battery issues

Solved How do I find out what program is calling a .dll file on startup?
My neice had a virus which I successfully cleaned out, but now every time I start up the laptop I get an error message that it couldn't load "C:\Users\her name\AppData\Local\Call Kit\CallKit.dll" and I am having a real trial with attempting t identify what program is calling for the absent .dll file. BSOD after waking from sleep
Hey guys, i am stumped on this one, every time i have put my computer to sleep after waking it it will show my pin to type in but it freezes there and the bsod after about 5secs, i have done a memtest and that passed, but yeah no idea. hopefully someone can help.

Wifi network name on cellphone hotspot
This is purely a purely cosmetic problem, but my home wifi network doesn't have this issue. My cellphone hot spot does, however. Every time I turn the hotspot on or off on the phone, Windows 10 adds and increments a number at the end of the network name. Macrium Refect Questions
OK I've run Macrium Refect before on my computer, with no problems. But now running from the boot dvd, its giving me 2 errors at different times. 1st error that it gives sometimes is, "Can't find boot drive" then it sends me to the HP recovery program. Shortcuts Winkey+V for notification doesn't work
According to the shortcut keys list, Winkey+V can Cycle
through notifications.
There is a lot of notifications in my action center, but there is no reaction after press Winkey+V on desktop or Winkey+A first then Winkey+V.
