Change "View in browser" preference in Outllook 2013
I have Edge set as my default browser but whenever I try to view an email in a browser it opens in IE. How can I change this to Edge?

Cannot Open A File After Moving It
At the office, I created an excel file in my PC, then I created a shortcut (C:\Oka\Documents\) of the file to the desktop. After using the file for some days, I moved this file to a flash drive. At the office I can open the file from the flash drive.
At home, I cannot open the same file.

Solved Lag Spikes Every 3 Seconds
So, just a few days ago, I got on my computer and started experiencing these lag spikes... It occurs every 2-3 seconds (and it's a second-long spike)... to equate to how this feels: It's like playing an FPS game with lag -- you're shooting a person, but the shots aren't connecting.

Edge won't autofill passwords after 1809 upgrade
Has anybody noticed that usernames and passwords will no longer autofill in Edge after upgrading to V1809? This has happened to two of my systems. The credentials still exist be they're no being used by Edge. Tried recreating them, turning all the usual options off and on, rebooting, SFC Scannow but no luck. Any ideas?

Office 365 outlook will not send message to gmail accounts but receive
Since updating to Windows 10 my Office 365 Outlook will not send emails - error unable to connect to network - yet it receives them OK and if I go to account settings and use 'Test' it sends and receives OK this is true of all my accounts, Hotmail, gmail and two domain accounts. I have a ssd, upgrade from 4 to 8gb of ram and noticed the page file got larger..
When I remove the 4gb I added then it goes back to its previous size

December 2018 Win10 update trashes PC boot
I am absolutely furious at the latest update which has trashed the boot process of my PC.
Just before Christmas, I signed out of my PC, noticing it said "Update and restart". I clicked, saw the screen indicating the progess of the update and left the room while it did its business. I returned later to see the Automatic Repair in process.

Crash While Creating pdf Thumbnails
I have had several instances of an error where Acrobat crashes while creating PDF thumbnails in Windows Explorer. It usually occurs when there are a lot of thumbnails to create. All thumbnails on the system will disappear and need to be recreated. Event Viewer reports the following error:

problem with Wind10 version 1809 folder naming
I upgraded to Windows 10 v1809 and my folder names that use special characters have changed.
For example, if a folder was named "♫MyMusic" the ♫ character has been replaced by a small rectangle.
(FYI, the ♫ character is produced by ALT+14).
I have no problem producing ♫ in a WORD document but as of the v1809 upgrade it appears as if folders cannot use these special characters.

Time gets reset 5 hours ahead
I dual boot into Linux and everytime I do so, so it seems, my Win10 time is reset to +5 hours. e.g. instead of 8PM, it is showing 1AM.
I am not sure if Linux is just a correlation, not a causation.
Could it be my battery went bad? However, if so, why does it roll the clock forward precisely 5 hours.
