D:\... is unavailable (My Secondary HDD for Data)

I have a SSD (C drive for programs) and an HDD (D drive for documents). My HDD is circa 5 years old and until yesterday it ran without problems. It didn't even become noticeable slower for me.

Black screen with cursor before login screen
Hello.
I've got a problem with Windows 10 Pro 1803. :sarc: It show only cursor on black screen with blinking busy blue cricle and hdd led. On fail safe mode there is black screen either.
I tried to solve minor problems by doing in place upgrade but after that it won't show login screen. I have working Win10 on another disk but I really need to resurect this one.

Messengers - the desktop version
there are messengers primarily used on Android and other platforms but they also have the desktop versions.
Case in point is Skype but there are others such as viber, whatsapp and telegram and also Signal. They all run on Win10 or any other recent version.
Viber is great because it can make video calls just like skype.

2.5" SATA III SSD not seen in BIOS as a boot disk
The machine is MSI Titan GT80 SLI and it has 4 SSDs: 3x2280 PCIe and 1x2.5" SATA III SSD.
I have no issues with making images of the primary boot SSD, from one 2280 to another 2280 using Macrium Reflect. Then I use the bcdboot command to make the drive bootable.
however, I recently cloned the 2280 SSD from the primary boot drive to the 2.5" SATA III SSD. The cloning process went as usual...
