Reinstall Win 10 1809
I did a clean install of Win 10 1809 at the beginning of October, when it was first released. Of course, then it was pulled and now it is released again.
Now that it has been re-released, is it best to do another clean install, or would the new cumulative update be just as good? (17763.134)

Weirdness! Cannot Open ANY disk drives or change settings in Explorer!
All of a sudden, when I try to view any or all disk drives by double-clicking their icons on the desktop, *NONE *of them will open or display. What I always get instead is the error message: "Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item."

Weird Defender Issue i Believe
Hello All
Updated my System 1809 Pro build to 17763.134, restarted, Then My Fans kicked up to high speed for a good 5-10 minutes, Defender still shows after Full Scan Threats found, despite i checked with every single other portable program and also Eset online scan
So far ran
ADW Cleaner nothing found
Ran Malwarebytes Full scan, again nothing found
Didn't do Defender offline scan...

Strange file saving behavior
Weird stuff. :mad:
All of a sudden I cannot save files to my HD that were scanned though Adobe Acrobat 5.0 (Distiller). The files scan fine but when I try to save them from Acrobat 5 to the HD it says file cannot be saved. Things were working fine last month.
I CAN save it to an external USB Thumb drive however. What is really strange is that once saved to the USB Thumb drive I can copy...

Dual boot: chkdsk errors & missing files when writing to shared slave
So I am dual-booting between two physical drives: A host drive with Windows10 1803 (SSD/GPT), and a host drive with Windows10 1607 (HDD/MBR). Two identical user names on logon screen - why?
Noticed that I am not the only one facing this issue after a fresh install.

I have 2 computer with Windows 10 and I put them to sleep before I go to bed and every morning when I get up they are awake?
