Windows 10 Update Issues -- I am sick of this, and so are my customers

How to re-sort video cards by order of merit
I have a GeForce GTX 1050. I use this mostly for my games. Recently, I turned on the built-in Intel HD Graphics 610 to try and use the Quick Sync Video features, but after installing its drivers, now, the HD Graphics is in Slot 0 and the GTX 1050 is in Slot 1 (according to Task Manager).

How do I re-sort it where the Geforce is in slot 0, and the IGD is in slot 1 instead of the other way...

Office 365 - OneDrive - 6TB - but 1TB per user
Up front, I do not (yet) have a license on Office 365, just on 2016.
If I would subscribe to Office 365 Premium, I would be entitled to a maximum of 6TB OneDrive space.
However..., that would then be limited to 1TB per person.
If I am the only one using 365, then I guess there is, regretfully, no way to get the additional 5TB, because it is limited to just me - 1 user.

Volume licensing/deploying paid apps in the MS Store to an image
Does anyone have experience volume licensing an app that is sold in the Microsoft Store?
I have a scenario here where I have to pre-install a paid app on an image, and the app needs to be run from a local account. By far I only managed to manually download the PowerPoint Mobile app and provision that app via DISM in Audit Mode, but I'm not sure how to go by with paid apps.

Windows update is stuck

I'm not receiving updates to windows 10 for weeks now whenever i run the windows update troubleshooter you can find https://support.microsoft.com/nl-be/help/4027322/windows-update-troubleshooter it keeps on reporting the same issues but never fixes them :( also the "reset windows update batch file" you can find here does not fix the problem now what ?.

no usb at boot
With Win10 on Dell 5150 there is no usb support at boot also no ps2 socket available therefore can't access startup or BIOS. Please help.

Seagate Backup Plus HDD not showing up in My Computer
I cannot see the external hard drive in "This PC." I have verified that it shows up in Device Management. And it shows up in Disk Management. It shows it's operating normally. When I populate the volume, it shows that it's online, has 4 volumes but no drive letters. I've read in other posts to add/change a letter. This option doesn't exist in the drop down. Need help with reading WPR data
I am having a problem with slow boot when i restart my PC. I tried all suggestions and methods that i could find on google but none is helping. So i recorded my boot trace with Windows Performance Recorder, but i cannot manage with the data and i cannot read from it to see what is wrong.
