Finally an email client has done something sensible -- restored the ease of configuring email accounts manually.
Thunderbird V60 works perfectly on Windows with several accounts on IMAP.
The only thing to beware of is if you use your own mail servers (often if you have your own domain you get email servers thrown in e.g mail.yourdomain.xx ) you will get a certificate warning...

Cannot remove Keyboard layout indefinitely
Hi,
I have 2 language packs installed Hebrew (only keyboard layout needed) and US-English (for all the other thing i.e UI ,keyboard ,speech, handwriting etc...)
For some reason Windows insists on installing me a 3rd keyboard layout called "United States - International"
Which causes me problems in switching between keyboard layouts.
Whats bizarre here that this keyboard layout is not...

Solved Thunderbird IMAP manual config V60 - Here's how
Hi folks
For Thunderbird using non standard types of accounts and IMAP it's not intuitive to get into the manual config screens.
After add account selection : (it will assume use existing email -- don't even think of using "new email address" you'll just go round in circles !!!).
What you have to do is use a totally rubbish email address e.g test.dog and then as soon as it starts...

Can't remove Windows.old at all.
I've had this problem since the 1809 update mainly, no matter what I try the folder is left over & states it can't be removed as it is no longer there. I've tried taking ownership & deleting from safe mode, I've even tried rmdir /S /Q windows.old but all say the folder can't be found.
I've had this previously after upgrading to 1803 where there were remnants after running disc cleanup but...

Windows 10 browsers are not connecting to internet but any else is...

Danger of Changing Port in Utorrent 3.5.4

Win10 drivers for Intel 915GM
I have a tablet PC that I would really like to use Win10 on -- but is has the INFAMOUS Intel 915GM chipset and, as many of you already know, that requires XPDM drivers -- which do not work under Win8 or Win10.

It takes a long time for a background wallpaper to be applied,any fix?

Clearing Activity History Problem
Hi,
I turned off collecting and cleared all my Activity History (Win 10 - 1803), but one file from one a month won't clear, it sticks there kind of greyed out. Nothing happens when clicked. This is a bug or ... ?

I cannot get the Mixed media portal to complete installation
This is a problem many have experienced in one way or another for many reasons, but I have not been able to find a solution that works for me.
