I have a 1 TB data drive (already backed up) that shows a reallocated sector count (raw value) of 3348 in Crystal Disk Info in the main window of results.
If I hover over the yellow "Caution" under "Health Status," the notification popup says "Reallocated Sector Count: 13128"
So which is it? 3348 or 13128 reallocated sectors? And what is the other number?

Multiscreen: Opening application in selected screen
Hello
I got 4 screens installed on my system. Each of them is used for a different application. Before last win update, every time I opened an application like Excel of Google Chrome it opened in the last screen before it was closed. Now I can't select they all opened on screen 1 and I need to move them to the appropriate screen .

HTPC power protection low surge
How can i protect a small HTPC hooked up to my TV from surging? Every now and then not always my mini fridge will kick on or off and cut the TV power for a second. which turns off the tv and right back on. Im guessing a surge? partitions in Macrium & Disk Management
I've attached a photo showing my hard drive partitions from Macrium (after selecting "Create an image of the partitions required to backup and restore Windows") and also from Disk Management in Windows 10.

Keyboard Not Typing Correct Characters
My brother has an HP laptop (Model bs057cl) that he hasn't used in about a year. When he boots the computer he's unable to use the keyboard normally. We brought up the onscreen keyboard which, although it works, does not match the normal qwerty keyboard layout. something using my bandwidth
I am using Virgin Mobile for wireless internet and a HP laptop. I am on a capped plan and know how to disable windows updates and I do that. I get them when I go to the library and us their wifi. But something is still often using my precious bandwith and I can't seem to find out what and how to safely stop it. Please advise cause I'm losing more as I write.
