And what is the other number? You can see an example of the...

All I keep...

Hi all! I've been having a strange issue with my wife's computer for almost a year now. When the computer is put into sleep mode, after a few minutes (ranging from 10-30 minutes) the fans will turn on, keeping power usage high. The display is still blank, and all accessories are put into their respective low-power modes, until I press a key or mouse-click, upon which the computer resumes its...

For the past few months, I've had a major issue with single mouse clicks maximizing windows. It is driving me nuts, and it has happened on all the PCs I use. I cannot figure out what has changed. It's truly to the point it's making me hate Windows. Did MS change something in mouse behavior? Did Chrome?? Where it really happens pretty much constantly is in browsers. It's nearly impossible to click...

My brother has an HP laptop (Model bs057cl) that he hasn't used in about a year. When he boots the computer he's unable to use the keyboard normally. We brought up the onscreen keyboard which, although it works, does not match the normal qwerty keyboard layout. In fact, the layout of the onscreen keyboard exactly matches the layout of the laptop's keyboard. Attachment 205334...

Hi folks It's Monday morning so my brain isn't working as good as it should be !! but I was wondering if it's possible to create your own recovery partition which would have something like a macrium restore image on it and be bootable. To make it really simple when booting from that partition it should just prompt the user to restore to Disk X (where X is the disk to be restored). The recovery...
